Dry Embossing is using a brass stencil to trace an image with an embossing tool - You will need a light box for this.

Once finished, colour your image with blending chalks for a nice subtle finish.

Wet embossing is created by stamping an image onto card and while the stamped image is still wet, covering it with embossing powder and heating with a heat gun.

You must use pigment ink for this technique
